I had the loveliest experience at the M&S Café today! Even though I popped in a bit later than usual, Eden and Carmel went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their warmth, friendliness, and genuine kindness truly made my day. It’s rare to meet staff who care so much about creating a positive experience, and they absolutely nailed it. Great place to do a bit of shopping and have a nice with a ...very clean and well run but the four self serve tills/ordering stations can get busy (you can't buy anything otherwise). The novel way of taking a wireless table locator is a great idea as it allows them to find your table easily and put you in a fair queue, the system works well..
